Invent new and creative ways to teach my lessons and promote children’s interests in the subjects I teach. I will also adjust my lessons in order to accommodate to all children who are in my classroom. Children learn the most when they feel that they are in a safe and in a secure environment. I want my students to feel free to ask questions, voice their concerns, and give their opinions in my classroom. As an educator I want to be accessible to all my students, their parents, and my fellow colleagues.

Teach the teacher! As teachers we also need to listen and observe our students. Students also have the capacity to teach us new things. As our students give us new ideas, teachers can use these ideas to formulate lessons that can be used to further their learning process.
